With a monthly hours plan, project quotes use your plan’s rate, lower than single hours. The project is invoiced separately and doesn’t use the month’s hours.

A quote for something with a start and an end, like a new website or an integration. Monthly hours for work that doesn’t end: maintenance, fixes and ongoing improvements.
No. The plan has a monthly minimum, billed even without requests, and unused hours don’t move to the next month.
Yes. The minimum term is 3 months; after that, cancel with 30 days’ notice.
Within 72h, depending on the request queue and how urgent each one is.
Extra hours are billed at your plan’s rate. If it becomes routine, moving up a plan makes each hour cheaper.
Time is counted per minute, and the invoice lists the month’s tasks with the amount for each.
